Stop throwing away heads and blocks that have visual cracks or cracks found with Magnafluxing. Most small cracks are dry cracks, and cause no problem Magnafluxing or Zyglo dye can not tell the difference between wet or dry cracks. We use a pressure testing system that simulates over 200 psi wet hydraulic pressure. This finds wet cracks in places you can't see let alone magnaflux. On the other hand this also lets you know that the dry cracks you can see are not a problem, and most cracks can be repaired cost effectively.
Cleaning and pressure testing costs start at $24.00 and is cheap insurance when installing salvage yard heads. Bring your heads in or call for pick-up.
